The Internet of Vehicles, as a new generation information infrastructure that integrates multiple industries such automotive, communication, and transportation, is currently in rapid development stage. However, its data supply chain involves numerous stakeholders faces severe challenges terms sharing, security, regulation. To address this issue, paper utilizes evolutionary game theory, setting key variables the strategy set, probability combination, behavior each stakeholder to construct tripartite model replicator dynamic equations, involving Vehicles sharing platform, vehicle manufacturers, sellers. The authors examine how network externalities and various factors shape strategic interactions between manufacturers technology suppliers in networked manufacturing contexts. Abstract Data sharing has become a transformative force in the global financial ecosystem, driving evolution from open banking to finance. In this study, we develop diffusion model using evolutionary game theory on complex networks explore how data influences lenders’ micro-level decision-making and promotes macro-level of Combined with empirical observations China’s initiatives, our findings reveal that rate finance remains suboptimal, lenders adopting not yet realizing significant profit advantages over traditional practices. Furthermore, sensitivity tests performed through univariate analysis show increasing either proportion active borrowers or their degree plays critical role accelerating diffusion, following distinct nonlinear exponential linear growth trends, respectively. Notably, dominating market benefit inclusivity finance, where profits are enhanced higher sharing. Thus, mutually beneficial outcome arises when both maximized. We further perform several analyses highlight robustness main results, including analyzing effects lender strategy updates government subsidies extending hybrid combines small-world scale-free networks. This article suggests policymakers should mandate secure ecosystems privacy-centric regulation while implementing incentives like early adopter accelerate diffusion. Financial institutions must concurrently robust guardianship systems advanced encryption federated learning technologies, transforming shared into personalized credit innovations. These offer implications, demonstrating strategic frameworks can drive innovation, inclusion, consumer protection across diverse regulatory regimes.
