This paper presents a new spatial visualization technique to redesign indoor spaces that reflect individual physical requirements. Designing safe and convenient environments necessitates differentiated facility installations based on factors such as age, gender, disability status, emphasizing the need for customized configurations. The study specifically focuses elderly users, visualizing appropriate safety equipment placement address aging challenges proposing tailored space redesigns. High-Level of detail (LoD) Building Information Modeling (BIM) components were developed training model utilized in data processing workflow. consists images paired with explanatory text, additional was completed by optimizing hyperparameters. resulting trained generates high-quality accurately provided contextual prompts.
