Abstract This study aims to determine the optimal location for a biodiesel power plant in municipality of Jazan based on selection criteria by estimating energy consumption and using spatial analysis within framework GIS Structured Query Language (SQL). Additionally, will calculate how much electricity each town needs. The escalating energy demand in Djibouti requires the investigation of renewable sources, with wind emerging as a promising solution. To ensure long-term efficiency and sustainability projects, it is imperative to determine suitable sites for farm construction. When selecting site farm, there are multiple criteria consider, such velocity, ground slope, distance urban areas. Nevertheless, current body literature reveals that no previous research has been conducted explore an approach which involves farms Djibouti, opposed solely considering potential. This study proposes spatial decision-support system address gap selection sites. Seven simultaneously evaluated this system, including changes direction, areas, road network, transmission networks, land use. CRITIC (Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation) method used objectively calculate weights criteria. According results performing method, velocity networks were determined be most important criteria, while slope use least comparison others. Energy harvesters based on nanomaterials are getting more and popular, but their way to commercial availability, some crucial issues still need be solved. The objective of the study is select an appropriate nanomaterial. Using features Reinforcement Deep Q-Network (DQN) in conjunction with Fuzzy PROMETHEE, proposed model, we present this work a hybrid fuzzy approach selecting materials for vehicle-environmental-hazardous substance (EHS) combination that operates roadways under traffic conditions. The geographical distribution and scientific evaluation of wind energy potential are crucial for regional planning. Wind is a renewable that can mitigate climate change.
