Environmental pollution nowadays has not only a direct correlation with human health changes but social impact. Epidemiological studies have evidenced the increased damage to on daily basis because of ecological niche. Rapid urban growth and industrialized societies importantly compromise air quality, which can be assessed by notable accumulation pollutants in both gas particle phases. Of them, particulate matter (PM) represents highly complex mixture organic inorganic compounds most variable size, composition, origin. PM being one environmental pollutants, its also varies temporal spatial manner, challenges current analytical techniques used investigate interactions. Nevertheless, characterization chemical composition is reliable indicator atmosphere, quality breathed urbanized societies, industrial zones consequently gives support for pertinent measures avoid serious damage. Epigenomic promising biological mechanisms pollution-derived carcinogenesis. Therefore, this review aims highlight implication exposure diverse molecular driving diseases altered epigenetic regulation. The presented findings context pan-organic cancer, fibrosis, neurodegeneration metabolic may provide valuable insights into toxicity effects components at epigenomic level serve as biomarkers early detection novel targeted therapies.
