The northwest of China is experiencing a severe water deficit and salinization the land. Innovative solutions that address global challenges such as water scarcity and soil erosion are critical for maintaining sustainable agriculture. Due to their water-absorbing soil-binding properties, cellulose nanofibers (CNF) can be applied enhance retention aggregate stability. In this study, we analyzed the effects of drying temperature, dosage, irrigation quality, type on efficacy CNFs. Our results revealed CNF dried at 5°C is more effective absorbing than others, adding 1% enhanced content up 98%. Water-soluble harmful components that remained in SAPs pose potential risks to crop growth, resulting decreased seed germination rate, reduced yield, and inhibited root system growth. These factors restrict its widespread use agriculture forestry. In this study, a new type of super absorbent polymers (AD-SAP) with low residual acrylic acid sodium ions was synthesized by using ammonia solution instead strong alkali hydroxide for neutralization adding modified diatomaceous earth improve the grafting efficiency. Water consumption management and the application of advanced techniques in agricultural sector can significantly contribute to efficient utilization limited water resources. The issue of water and wind erosion soil remains critically important. Polymeric materials offer a promising solution to this problem. In study, we prepared applied an interpolyelectrolyte complex (IPEC) composed the biopolymers chitosan sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (Na-CMC) for structuring forest sandy soils enhancement pre-sowing treatment Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) seeds. A nonstoichiometric IPEC [Chitosan]:[Na-CMC] = [3:7] was synthesized, its composition determined using gravimetry, turbidimetry, rheoviscosimetry methods.
