Abstract Excessive phosphorus input leads to poor water quality and eutrophication. However, limited research has directly explored the influence of pH on phosphorous in actual aquatic systems. This study investigated effect removal synthetic, eutrophic, black-odorous water. The levels ranging from 3.5 12.0 were adjusted using H 2 SO 4 , NaOH, cement with a 0.5 ± 0.03 interval, followed by 25 1 °C static bath for 24 h. Results showed that NaOH-adjusted removed >65% TP eutrophic (pH ≥9.50) ≥11.0). Meanwhile, cement-adjusted >84%, >90%, >82% synthetic solution ≥11.0), ≥9.5), respectively. alkaline environment enhanced formation Ca-P water, strengthened chemical precipitation providing additional Ca 2+ . lays groundwork adjustment strategies holding significant implications resource management environmental protection.
