Abstract Polyamide composites with varying filler concentrations are prepared using the hot melt extrusion method, employing polyamide 56/6 (PA56/6) and modified talc as fillers. Initially, thermal characteristics of PA56/6 (PA56/6‐talc) examined through thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), encompassing parameters such melting temperature, crystallinity, decomposition temperature. The hydrophilicity barrier properties PA56/6‐talc assessed an optical contact angle meter, a water vapor transmission rate tester, oxygen tester. Furthermore, mechanical also scrutinized. results indicate that exhibits superior hydrophobic, barrier, properties, thereby demonstrating its immense potential in garment fabrics packaging materials.

Recovery and separation of anthropogenic emissions electronic specialty gases (F-gases, such as CF4 SF6) from the semiconductor sector are critical importance. In this work, hierarchical porous UiO-66-Br2@PS/DVB-packed column was constructed by a high internal phase emulsions strategy. UiO-66-Br2@PS/DVB exhibits superior selectivity CF4/N2 (2.67) SF6/N2 (3.34) predicted IAST due to diffusion limitation in micropore gas-framework affinity. Especially, showed significant SF6 retention enabled successful with resolution 2.37 8.89, respectively, when used packed gas chromatography. Compared Porapak Q column, HETP decreased good reproducibility. This research not only offers convenient method for fabricating MOF-packed but also showcases prospective utilization MOFs F-gas/N2 mixture.
