ABSTRACT To examine natural bone's bioelectrical traits, notably its piezoelectricity, and to look into how these characteristics influence bone growth repair. In the context of exploring potential piezoelectric biomaterials, such as biopolymers bio‐ceramics, towards orthopedic regeneration applications, research seeks evaluate significance piezoelectricity‐driven osteogenesis. The paper reviews recent on electrical dielectric properties, surface polarization/electrical stimulation effects interacting with cell activity effectiveness biomaterials support tissues' regenerative process. study includes a number materials, collagen, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) barium titanate. applications organic polymers, polymers are particularly highlighted. Abstract The increasing global demand for clean water has driven significant research into solar steam generation and purification technologies. Hydroxyapatite (HAp), a biocompatible chemically stable material, demonstrated promise treatment due to its excellent adsorption properties. However, microbial contamination poses challenge in application generation. Herein, novel macroporous silver-doped hydroxyapatite (Ag-HAp) nanocomposite was used the first time fabricating photothermal membranes. incorporation of Ag Ag-HAp significantly alters structure, introducing voids, which are transportation release results show that membrane achieved an evaporation rate 1.202 kgm− 2h− 1 under one-sun illumination, 1.33-fold increase compared pure HAp Additionally, antibacterial evaluations using disc diffusion method revealed activity against Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus, with inhibition zones concentration. These findings highlight potential nanocomposites as efficient durable solution harvesting purification.
