This study analyzes the perception of Romanian farmers regarding predictability institutional environment and its connection with importance subsidies financial performance they obtain. Excessive bureaucracy, frequent changes in legislation misalignment objectives various stakeholders are limiting factors financing programs, being discouraged from applying for them. The uses statistical method unidirectional analysis variances (ANOVA) to observe significant differences means indicators, tests carried out using SPSS software, on a sample 201 companies operating vegetable agricultural sector. results show that farmers' influence seems be subjective, based effort made obtain them less actual result their use. Farmers who achieve good terms return assets have liquidity position, consider predictable one, which supports development therefore, can make plans existing policies. lack confidence justified by poor general, farmers’ expectations receive aid if year is not very one.
