Zebrafish (Danio rerio) have emerged as a valuable model organism for investigating musculoskeletal development and the pathophysiology of associated diseases. Key genes biological processes in zebrafish that closely mirror those humans, rapid development, transparent embryos make ideal vivo studies bone muscle formation, well molecular mechanisms underlying disorders. This review focuses on utility modeling various conditions, with an emphasis diseases such osteoporosis osteogenesis imperfecta, disorders like Duchenne muscular dystrophy. These models provided significant insights into pathways involved these diseases, helping to identify key genetic biochemical factors contribute their progression. findings also advanced our understanding disease facilitated potential therapeutic strategies
