Abstract
This
study
evaluates
wheat,
corn,
and
cassava
native
starches.
Morphological
features
of
the
starch
granule's
surface
reveal
peculiar
granule
characteristics.
Wheat
granules
are
largest,
with
20.83
µm
mass
median
diameter,
followed
by
13.14
µm,
cassava,
12.37
µm.
Nonetheless,
corn
starches
have
lowest
polydispersity
greater
area
average.
Corn
shows
more
resistance
to
gelatinization
process
when
observed.
Complete
granular
disruption
occurring
at
65–75
°C
for
75–85
85
corn.
The
curves
viscosity
evidence

that

biochar
applied
