Introduction: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is difficult to manage because of its complex pathophysiological mechanism. There still no effective treatment other than lifestyle modification (LM) such as dietary modifications, regular physical activity, and gradual weight loss. Herbal medicines from traditional Chinese Medicine Korean have been shown be in the NAFLD based on many randomized controlled trials. This systematic review meta-analysis aims evaluate additive effects herbal LM NAFLD. Methods: Two databases (PubMed Cochrane library) were searched using keywords related medicines. Then trials (RCTs) evaluating therapeutic combined with selected. The pooled results analyzed mean difference (MD) 95% confidence interval (CI) for continuous data, risk ratio (RR) CI dichotomous data. Results Discussion: Eight RCTs a total 603 participants included this study. Participants administered multi-herbal formulas (Yiqi Sanju Formula, Tiaogan Lipi Recipe, Lingguizhugan Decoction) or single-herbal extracts (Glycyrrhiza glabra L., Magnoliae offcinalis, Trigonella Foenum-graecum L. semen, Portulaca oleracea Rhus Coriaria fructus) along 12 weeks. showed significant improvement ultrasoundbased steatosis measured by odds (OR) medicine group those alone (OR = 7.9, 0.7 95.2, p < 0.1). In addition, decreased levels aspartate transferase (MD -7.5, -13.4 −1.7, 0.01) cholesterol -16.0, -32.7 0.7, 0.06) more alone. partially clinical evidence supporting benefits combination LM. Diabetes, affecting over 10.5% of the global population, leads to severe health complications and economic burdens, highlighting urgent need for effective therapeutic approaches. Current treatments are often insufficient, prompting exploration novel agents delivery mechanisms. This study addresses this gap by investigating roles L-arginine (identified as a target drug candidate through network pharmacology) in diabetes management, while also evaluating lipid nanocarriers synthesized from fenugreek seed oil improved delivery. Our docking analyses revealed L-arginine's strong interactions with diabetes-target genes (CYP1A2, CYP2C19, NFKB), multiple hydrogen bonds binding energies ranging − 7.2 8.9 kcal/mol. Encapsulated nanoparticles were characterized using UV-Visible spectroscopy, showing absorbance peaks at 415 nm simple 521 L-arginine-loaded nanoparticles. Scanning electron microscopy confirmed an average nanoparticle size 100.2 nm, zeta potential analysis indicated neutral surface charge (− 9.37 mV). Antioxidative activity showed 84.44% inhibition IC50 value 40.5 µg/mL The inhibited albumin denaturation 81.10% alpha-amylase 89.30%, surpassing metformin (78.43% 1000 µg/mL). Hemolysis percentage was minimal 10.54%. These findings demonstrate anti-diabetic agent highlight efficacy innovative systems, providing foundation advancing interventions against diabetes.

Abstract Fenugreek ( Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) is a multi-use annual forage legume crop that widely used in food products such as syrup, bitter run, curries, stew, and flavoring. In the present study, morphological traits, proximate composition (moisture, crude fibre, protein, fat, carbohydrate, energy value), total phenol flavonoid contents, antioxidant properties of 31 Iranian agro-ecotypic populations plant was investigated. Among leaf seed samples studied, seeds exhibited high ash (3.94 ± 0.12%), fat (7.94 0.78%), fibre (10.3 0.25%), protein (35.41 1.86%), carbohydrate (50.5 1.90%) content. general, more value (kcal/100 g) also obtained from (318.88 1.78–350.44 1.27) than (45.50 1.32–89.28 0.85). Antioxidant activity power were ranged 67.95 0.05‒157.52 0.20 μg/ml 45.17 0.01‒361.92 0.78 μmol Fe +2 per g dry weigh, respectively. Positive linear correlations between phenolic compounds observed. A significant correlation (dependent variable) some features (independent Considerable variability studied traits among can be interestingly further production systems.

Background Human demand for meat and dairy products will increase as a result of economic development population growth, the farming ruminants, such cattle sheep, also increase. Methane (CH 4 ) emission from enteric fermentation ruminant livestock is major source greenhouse gas emissions significant contributor to global warming. Meanwhile, growth performance often limited animals are more vulnerable diseases in high-density, intensive farming, greatly reducing productivity, so developing ways reduce CH improve productivity has become research hotspot. Studies have reported that fenugreek ( Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) feed additives potential methane productivity. However, systematic reviews studies lacking. Methodology In this review, databases Google Scholar, Web Science, PubMed, Scopus Science Direct were used literature search. The initial keywords search was or L. For focused search, we added terms methane, rumen fermentation, milk production antioxidants. All done ruminants. conforms theme article selected, summarized, finally completed article. Results By regulating microbiome (suppressing protozoans, methanogenic bacteria, fungi), can lower according many vitro anaerobic experiments. Fenugreek secondary metabolites (saponins tannins) responsible impact, but it still unclear exactly how they work. Therefore, long-term vivo experiments needed verify its efficacy. rich alkaloids, amino acids, flavonoids, saponins phenolic acids. These compounds been shown beneficial effects on lactation, total antioxidant capacity. great opportunity develop into new green additive. Conclusions This review provides summary effect bioactive by addition, based available data, possible biochemical pathway ruminants described.
