Consumers today seek safe functional foods with proven health-promoting properties. Current evidence shows that a healthy diet can effectively alleviate oxidative stress levels and reduce inflammatory markers, thereby preventing the occurrence of many types cancer, hypertension, cardiovascular neurological pathologies. Nevertheless, as fruits vegetables are mainly consumed fresh, they serve vectors for transmission pathogenic microorganisms associated various disease outbreaks. As result, there has been surge in interest microbiome vegetables. Therefore, given growing sweet cherries, since their microbial communities have largely ignored, primary purpose this study is to investigate culturome at maturity stages first time. A total 55 were isolated from cherry fruit, comprising 23 bacteria 32 fungi species. Subsequently, selected isolates molecularly identified by amplifying 16S rRNA gene ITS region. Furthermore, it was observed became more diverse fruit matured. The most abundant taxa included Pseudomonas Ralstonia among bacteria, Metschnikowia, Aureobasidium, Hanseniaspora fungi.

Background This study explores the impact of varying altitudes on quality characteristics Mianning ham. ABSTRACT Fungi generate a diverse array of bioactive compounds with significant pharmaceutical applications. However, the chemical diversity natural products in fungi remains largely unexplored. Here, we present paradigm for specifically discovering and from by integrating genome mining building block molecular network coculture analysis. Through pangenome sequence similarity analysis, identified rare type I polyketide enzyme Penicillium sp. ZJUT-34. O gênero Penicillium é amplamente utilizado na produção de biomoléculas com diversas aplicações industriais, e o uso linhagens amazônicas especialmente importante devido à sua diversidade genética única, que pode resultar enzimas propriedades bioativas distintas. Assim, objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar a proteínas caracterizar as proteases P. purpurogenum CFAM 214. A linhagem fúngica reativada da Coleção Fungos Amazônia (CFAM), cultivada em diferentes meios cultura, Batata Dextrose Levedura (BDL), Yeast Extract Sucrose (YES), International Streptomyces Project 2 (ISP2) Sabouraud (SB), foram subsequentemente analisados por Cromatografia Líquida acoplado ao Espectrômetro Massas (LC-MS). Entre esses, um meio cultura selecionado realizada curva durante 168 horas. Além disso, analisado perfil proteico eletroforese unidimensional. efeito do pH temperatura atividade proteolítica avaliado variando essas condições. Os dados análise variância (ANOVA) teste Tukey. cromatográfica revelou SB induziu maior biomoléculas, seguido YES BDL.
