Many natural polysaccharides have been reported to protect against skin aging through antioxidant pathways, but sea buckthorn less well studied in terms of activity, and the related studies are not developed. By examining chemical structure polysaccharides, this research aimed offer a scientific foundation for their use cosmetics explore vitro potential these polysaccharides. Methods: We made SP (sea crude polysaccharide) using both hot water extraction ultrasonic extraction.
