The shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes) is globally valued for its nutrition and medicinal properties. New technologies aim to increase production with less environmental impact, considering materials such as charcoal substrate enrichment. This manuscript evaluated the effect of fine (FC) on formulation two L. edodes strains (LED 20/11 LED 20/12). consisted 72% eucalyptus sawdust, 12.5% rice bran, wheat 3% calcium carbonate (control treatment without charcoal). Treatments FC proportionally reduced use doses 1%, 2%, 4%, 8%, 16% (relative material). Yield, number, weight were evaluated. concentration significantly affected parameters analyzed, especially at 4% dose. A negative correlation between number was observed. For yield, control lowest dose (1%) had highest yields first harvest. Strain 20/12 showed lower yield variability due percentage applied substrate. incorporation into cultivation demonstrates efficacy; however, both strain used are limiting factors applicability.

The rapid and disordered expansion of artificial marine aquaculture areas has caused severe ecological environmental problems. Accurate monitoring offshore is urgent significant in order to support the scientific sustainable management protection coastal resources. Artificial intelligence provides a valuable tool improve resource monitoring. Deep learning methods have been widely used for object detection, but You Only Look Once (YOLO) models not employed area This study therefore evaluated capacity two well-known YOLO models, YOLOv5 YOLOv7, detect based on different high-resolution optical remote sensing imagery. Compared with YOLOv7 satellite dataset, increased Precision value by approximately 3.29% (to 95.33%), Recall 3.02% 93.02%), mAP_0.5 2.03% 96.22%), F1 score 2.65% 94.16%). Based Google Earth showed similar results. We found that spatial resolution could affect deep models’ performances. Real-ESRGAN method enhance dataset investigated whether super-resolution (SR) improved detection accuracy models. results indicated despite improving image clarity resolution, SR negatively affected performance detection. suggests attention should be paid use before application using

Abstract The current work investigates the prospective applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in aquaculture industry. AI depends on collecting, validating, and analyzing data from several aspects using sensor readings, feeding sheets. is an essential tool that can monitor fish behavior increase resilience quality seafood products. Furthermore, algorithms early detect potential pathogen infections disease outbreaks, allowing stakeholders to take timely preventive measures subsequently make proper decision appropriate time. predict ecological conditions should help farmers adopt strategies plans avoid negative impacts farms create easy safe environment for production. In addition, aids analyze collect regarding nutritional requirements, nutrient availability, price could adjust modify their diets optimize feed formulations. Thus, reduce labor costs, aquatic animal’s growth, health, formulation waste output detection outbreaks. Overall, this review highlights importance achieve sustainability boost net profits

This work mapped the research chronology and conceptual trends on conservation agriculture-soil health-sustainable development goals nexus by analyzing data from related literature. is first-time different bibliometric methods such as VOSviewer, Flourish, well Bibliometrix Biblioshiny models in RStudio were simultaneously used to investigate impacts and/or interactions between agriculture (CA), soil health sustainable at global scale. On 20th February 2024, a search was launched web of science core collection using terms extract relevant data. After screening elimination, produced 835 papers which analysis. The revealed that USA (31%), India (27%), Australia (7%), England (6%), China Canada (5%), other countries had below 5% published documents. Many covered zero hunger (38%), climate action (30%), life land (26%), while SDGs relatively low coverage. study found adoption no till, cover cropping, organic amendments authors common CA practices. hybrid approach provided clear roadmap understanding trajectory CA-soil nexus, roles countries, authors, institutions, publishing journals. knowledge could support championing future debates potential for effective discussion policies, especially developing where there have been publications.
