Herpes zoster (HZ) among older adults has consistently been a concern. Despite the availability of vaccines, HZ vaccination remains underutilized globally. This study investigated behavioral intention in Hong Kong to receive self-financed or fully subsidized vaccines. A random telephone survey was conducted between July and October 2023, involving 673 community-dwelling individuals aged 65 years older. Among 636 unvaccinated participants, 7.7% intended two doses vaccine if self-financed, while 37.3% do so free. After adjusting for significant background characteristics, higher perceived susceptibility, benefits, self-efficacy related vaccines were associated with intent vaccinate both scenarios. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a major clinical and public health burden. Screening has been shown to be effective in preventing CRC. In 2021, less than 72% of adult Americans had received CRC screening based on the most recent guidelines. This study examined relationship between social support colonoscopy or sigmoidoscopy uptake among U.S. adults socioeconomic factors that impact relationship. Abstract Background HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is underutilized by cisgender female sex workers (FSW) despite its proven effectiveness. This study aimed to understand the experiences of FSW with PrEP services in Uganda inform programming for this key population. Methods We conducted qualitative interviews 19 between June and July 2022 at Most Risk Populations Initiative clinic, Mulago Hospital, Kampala, explore accessing PrEP. Background: A nudge intervention against Herpes Zoster, created and implemented in Italy, is presented order to administer the Shingrix vaccine on a sample of frail patients, as required by National Prevention Plan. Individual contextual factors associated with adherence were investigated. Method: 300 adult subjects underwent full cycle recombinant-Shingrix (RZV vaccine). Hospital Presidia Salerno University Authority, Presidium Local Health Public Laboratory (Campania) participated intervention. An ad hoc questionnaire was administered following scales: EQ-5D, PSS-10, MSPSS, representations HZ its consequences. Results: Some variables, such peer support, doctor–patient relationship, level education, perception health, are important information processing. Along with the ongoing improvement in current condition of Covid-19 Indonesia, there has been an increase community mobility, especially for students who are currently starting to be active again lecture activities.
