Abstract A solid-phase microextraction (SPME) method had been applied to speciate chromium in natural and wastewater samples. MWCNTs@CuAl 2 O 4 @SiO nanocomposite was synthesized by sol–gel calcination methods then characterized using SEM, FTIR, XRD techniques. used extract Cr(VI) as pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate chelates. Some analytical parameters involving pH, ligand (APDC) adsorbent amounts, sample initial final volume, the effects of matrices were tested optimized.
