With the increasing demand for safe, high-quality, and sustainable food, nanomembranes have attracted significant interest as innovative solutions in food processing. They are extremely thin structures created from special materials that allow selective filtration of very small particles. In industry, such approaches increasingly used packaging processing, they can slow down degradation thus extend its shelf life. This article examines potential utilizing ecological tools at various stages chain, ranging advanced liquids to development smart active packaging. study reviews recent research field, highlighting applications developed presenting targeted advantages disadvantages. The primarily focus on extending life products while also discussing their antioxidant antibacterial attributes. By latest emerging directions, this underscores pivotal role facilitating transition a modern, sustainable, environmentally responsible industry. However, current faces several challenges. Most less biodegradable and, consequently, could harm environment. Additionally, data long-term effects these human health, particularly when comes into direct contact with remain insufficient.
