The accumulation of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) is widely recognized to stimulate the development osteoclasts, a crucial factor in onset osteoporosis. Present study aimed investigate whether could inhibit osteoclast differentiation prevent ovariectomy (OVX)-induced bone loss by suppressing ROS. In vitro experiments demonstrated that attenuated osteoclastogenesis downregulated expression osteoclast-related genes. Mechanistically, reduce cellular blocking RANKL-induced generation increasing enzymes, which turn block NF-κB, ERK, JNK, p38 pathways, thereby reducing NFATc1 signaling.
