The
accumulation

reactive
oxygen
species
(ROS)
is
widely
recognized
to
stimulate
the
development
osteoclasts,
a
crucial
factor
in
onset
osteoporosis.
ROS
scavenging
capability
Prussian
blue
nanoparticles
(PBNPs)
exceptional,
and
they
possess
excellent
biocompatibility.
However,
effects
PBNPs
on
osteoporosis
remain
unknown.
Present
study
aimed
investigate
whether
could
inhibit
osteoclast
differentiation
prevent
ovariectomy
(OVX)-induced
bone
loss
by
suppressing
ROS.
In
vitro
experiments
demonstrated
that
attenuated
osteoclastogenesis
downregulated
expression
osteoclast-related
genes.
Mechanistically,
reduce
cellular
blocking
RANKL-induced
generation
increasing
enzymes,
which
turn
block
NF-κB,
ERK,
JNK,
p38
pathways,
thereby
reducing
NFATc1
signaling.
According
vivo
experimental
results,
OVX
caused
significant

OVX-induced
