Abstract Globally, streptococcal disease caused by Streptococcus agalactiae is known for its high mortality rate, which severely limits the development of tilapia breeding industry. As a third‐generation vaccine, DNA vaccines have shown great application prospects in prevention and control aquatic diseases, but their low immunogenicity development. The combination molecular adjuvants proved to be an effective method inducing protective immunity. This study constructed recombinant plasmids encoding HSP70 IL‐1β genes (pcHSP70 pcIL‐1β) verify effectiveness as S. vaccine (pcSIP) immunized model. results revealed that serum‐specific IgM production, enzyme activities, immune‐related gene expression with pcSIP plus pcHSP70 or pcIL‐1β were significantly higher than those alone. It worth noting improved immune protection vaccines, relative percentage survival (RPS) 51.72% (pcSIP pcHSP70) 44.83% pcIL‐1β), respectively, compared alone (24.14%). Thus, our indicated are promising controlling infection.

Biomaterials are substances that can be injected, implanted, or applied to the surface of tissues in biomedical applications and have ability interact with biological systems initiate therapeutic responses. Biomaterial-based vaccine delivery possess robust packaging capabilities, enabling sustained localized drug release at target site. Throughout process, they contribute protecting, stabilizing, guiding immunogen while also serving as adjuvants enhance efficacy. In this article, we provide a comprehensive review contributions biomaterials advancement development. We begin by categorizing biomaterial types properties, detailing their reprocessing strategies, exploring several common systems, such polymeric nanoparticles, lipid hydrogels, microneedles. Additionally, investigated how physicochemical properties routes influence immune Notably, delve into design considerations adjuvants, showcasing application development for cancer, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, influenza, corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19), tuberculosis, malaria, hepatitis B. review, highlight successful instances where enhanced efficacy discuss limitations future directions immunotherapy. This aims offer researchers understanding stimulate further progress related fields.

To encourage aquaculture sustainability and lower fish production costs, products need to be substituted with sustainable ingredients in aquafeeds. Toward this goal, we examined whether a natural mix of highly concentrated free amino acids could alleviate the negative effects low–fish meal (FM) diets on Nile tilapia terms growth performance nutrient utilization. In present study, 2 × 3 factorial design two FM levels (5 % 10 %) was used prepare experimental three Kera-Stim® 50 (KS), acid mixture, supplemented (0 %, 0.25 0.5 %). (average initial body weight 20 g) were cultured 18 cages provided one six for eight weeks. We found that dietary KS supplementation significantly increased parameters including final weight, gain, specific rate compared without (P < 0.05). Moreover, had substantial positive effect feed conversion ratio Interestingly, not only low-FM but also economic profit index, suggesting efficiency. Furthermore, lysozyme, catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, reductase activity by supplementing whole-body ash, fat, crude protein polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as arachidonic (20:4 n6) docosahexaenoic (C22:6 n3). concluded diet can mitigate nutritional achieve optimum compromising or revenue-to-cost ratios.

Bacterial vaccines have been tested for their effectiveness in protecting fish from potential virulent diseases. The current vaccine preparations are mostly liquid form, which affects prices due to an increase the cost of shipment, stability products also has limitations long-term storage. This study aims develop a method preparation bivalent through freeze dry with skimmed milk as filler optimization products. by can reduce 96.67% total weight compared form. quality test showed that containing bacteria Aeromonas hydrophila and Streptococcus agalactiae passed sterility viability test. application provide positive response antibody titer other hematological parameter responses survival rate fish. development freeze-dried optimize recommended product disease management.
