Abstract
Globally,
streptococcal
disease
caused
by
Streptococcus
agalactiae
is
known
for
its
high
mortality
rate,
which
severely
limits
the
development
of
tilapia
breeding
industry.
As
a
third‐generation
vaccine,
DNA
vaccines
have
shown
great
application
prospects
in
prevention
and
control
aquatic
diseases,
but
their
low
immunogenicity
development.
The
combination
molecular
adjuvants
proved
to
be
an
effective
method
inducing
protective
immunity.
This
study
constructed
recombinant
plasmids
encoding
HSP70
IL‐1β
genes
(pcHSP70
pcIL‐1β)
verify
effectiveness
as
S.
vaccine
(pcSIP)
immunized
model.
results
revealed
that
serum‐specific
IgM
production,
enzyme
activities,
immune‐related
gene
expression
with
pcSIP
plus
pcHSP70
or
pcIL‐1β
were
significantly
higher
than
those
alone.
It
worth
noting
improved
immune
protection
vaccines,
relative
percentage
survival
(RPS)
51.72%
(pcSIP
pcHSP70)
44.83%
pcIL‐1β),
respectively,
compared
alone
(24.14%).

our
indicated
