In this research, we produced two types of biochar (BC) using cotton stalks as raw material and KOH an activator, compared their performance adsorption mechanisms in the removal tetracycline (TC) methylene blue (MB) from wastewater. The results showed that generated both procedures formed pores connected to interior had extensive microporous mesoporous structures. molten salt approach produces with a higher specific surface area, larger pore size, volume than impregnation method, maximum area 3095 m
