There has long been interest in augmenting cinematic and other forms of public entertainment through tactile and/or bodily (i.e., vestibular) stimulation. In this narrative historical review, the early history touch (or haptics, as it is sometimes called) stimulation (e.g., motion platforms) context critically reviewed, with a focus on cinema well examples immersive virtual reality travel experiences. Consumer attitudes and acceptance of emerging technologies in the food sector, as well their application, are determining factors for successful implementation. In this study, a survey was conducted order to better know understand perception, motivation consumption associated with fortified foods 3DPF (3-Dimensional Printing Food). Key points such neophobia involved opinion forming process towards were included questionnaire (namely, perceived benefits, willingness consume, engagement, preference familiar affinity digital tools). The results showed that gender influences knowledge 3D printing technology 51.6 % consumers willing try 3DPF. Consumers who want healthy adapted needs also more receptive produced on printers. 54.1 indicate if nutritionally richer than an equal and/or existing product market, they would be buy it. Respondents mentioned fruit vegetable by-products fish no commercial value most suitable raw materials printing. Thus, it can concluded there is clear 3DPF, providing opportunity inclusion future chain.

Abstract This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing Italian consumers' choice biodegradable and compostable packaging by using hybrid framework that integrates theory planned behaviour with discrete experiment. By analysing interplay between internal external rational consumer evaluations, research clarifies choices can be explained combination economic psychological models, offering more accurate representation driving forces behind decisions.
