Operando electron paramagnetic resonance is used to monitor the light-initiated generation of diethylnitroxyl radical from diethylhydroxylamine (DEHA) and its decay kinetics, thereby unveiling solvent effects on both electronic structure stability nitroxyl radical. The observed trends in hyperfine coupling constants (AN AH) across different solvents align with previously reported values 4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidoxyl (ATEMPO). Regarding DEHA various solvents, obtained decay-kinetic (k) correlated more strongly AN than permittivity solvents. Moreover, distinguishing between protic aprotic leads a better relationship k, positive constant correction radical's supports hydrogen-bonding effect These findings indicate that mere interaction does not enhance radicals. ATEMPO may serve as superior metric for assessing impact data presented this study will offer substantiation judicious selection suitable reactions involving
