Abstract The direct regeneration of degraded cathode materials for lithium‐ion batteries holds significant promise closed‐loop recycling. However, fully recovering the structure and performance LiNi x Co y Mn z O 2 (NCM) cathodes remains a challenge, limiting its practical applications. Here, this study uncovers that regrowth primary grains is critical factor leading to microstructural rearrangement grain boundary reformation, which compromises regenerated polycrystalline NCM materials. Therefore, inhibit excessive growth, an epitaxial Li 3 Ni NbO 6 successfully incorporated into (Nb‐R‐NCM) through niobium (Nb)‐assisted eutectic method, preserves structural integrity minimizes cationic disorder. Additionally, layer relieves internal strains NCM, thereby mitigating lattice expansion contraction during charging discharging processes. All these are conducive high‐voltage stability Nb‐R‐NCM. As expected, it demonstrates high capacity 183.13 mAh g⁻¹ at 0.1 C comparable commercial materials, even maintains stable cycling with 83.4% retention over 300 cycles 1C in voltage range 3.0–4.5 V. This work presents constructive approach ternary paving way enhanced practicality sustainable energy
