ABSTRACT Background Medication adherence is a crucial factor in managing and treating chronic diseases older adults. Health literacy (HL) skills rational drug use (RDU) knowledge are important for individuals to make informed decisions about medication behaviours. Aim This study was conducted determine the association between health adults residing nursing homes. Methods The cross‐sectional with 121 home Turkey. data were collected using Participant Information Form, Adherence Report Scale (MARS‐5), Rational Drug Use (RDUS), Turkish version of European Literacy Survey Questionnaire (HLS EUEU‐Q‐TR). Results mean age 69.92 ± 6.45 years 76.9% male. score MARS‐5 21.80 3.55. Among adults, 43.8% found have inadequate RDU knowledge, 28.9% had HL, 46.3% problematic‐limited HL. statistically significant strong predictor (R 2 = 0.495, p < 0.001). HL 0.037, 0.05). Conclusion that among homes moderate, levels low, increased as increased.

In hospital settings, effective risk management is critical to ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness. Conventional approaches assessment mitigation frequently rely on manual procedures retroactive analysis, which might not be sufficient recognize respond new risks as they arise. This study examines how artificial intelligence (AI) technologies can improve in healthcare facilities, fortifying safety precautions guidelines while improving the standard of care overall. Hospitals proactively identify mitigate risks, optimize resource allocation, clinical outcomes by utilizing AI-driven predictive analytics, natural language processing, machine learning algorithms. The different applications AI are discussed this paper, along with opportunities, problems, suggestions for their use settings.
