Self-management is regarded as a crucial factor influencing the effectiveness of home-based cardiac rehabilitation for patients with coronary heart disease. In nursing practice, nurses employ variety strategies to enhance self-management patients. However, there exists disparity in nurses' perceptions and practical experiences these strategies. This study aimed explore clinical enhancing A descriptive qualitative was conducted across two large centers. Clinical were selected using purposive sampling maximum variation Semi-structured interviews capture self-management. Content analysis utilized analyze textual data. total 18 eligible participated this study. The resulted extraction seven subthemes, which consolidated into three main themes: (1) Personalized Engaging Educational Approaches, including Precision Education–Tailored, Adaptive Approaches Visual Aided Education–Beyond Simplification Deep Engagement; (2) Contextual Psychologically Grounded Nudging Strategies, comprising Information Framing–Psychological Leveraging Informed Choices, Social Norms–Leveraging Peer Influence Motivation, Verbal Reminders–The Power Consistency Reinforcement; (3) Continuous Support Systems, involving Regular Follow-Up–Dynamic Ongoing Engagement Collaborative Management–Building Team Long-Term Success. These robust can effectively behaviors quality life undergoing rehabilitation.
