Energy primarily comes from fossil fuels, which leads to environmental deterioration through increased carbon dioxide load and other greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Renewable energy is a cheap alternative, biomass, like municipal solid wastes (MSWs), can be suitably used for production. This paper reviews impact of variations MSW composition on its physical, chemical, lignocellulosic properties. It further illustrates how these properties affect torrefaction products. was observed that refer either combination different waste types or independent wastes; hence, there no standard MSW. The article examines the influence of six varieties primocane raspberries, Rubus idaeus L., on growth parameters and energy properties biomass. unique aim this study was to show impact raspberry varieties, grown for a single harvest, bushes emission characteristics biomass obtained from pruned canes. To best our knowledge, there is no such analysis connected raspberries available in literature. following were assessed: Polana, Polesie, Delniwa, Poemat, Polonez, Poranek. Maize is the second most-common crop globally. Thus, enormous maize cobs are generated annually from processing activities which could serve as a potential and non-edible source for biofuel production. The primary aim of this research was to assess practicality producing bioethanol discarded cob through distinct two-step process referred separate hydrolysis co-fermentation. After 72-hour fermentation period, greatest ethanol yield 66.23 ± 8.35 mL/kg obtained. This followed by 54.33 7.27 35 after 48 h, 21.68 2.97 24 h. Importantly, all yields at different time points exhibited statistical significance p < 0.05.
