The specifics of breeding and selection significantly affect genetic diversity variability within a breed. We present the data obtained from analysis 21 thoroughbred warmblood horse breeds. most detailed information is described following breeds: Arabian, Trakehner, French Trotter, Standardbred, Soviet Heavy Horse. 509,617 SNP variants in 87 stallions populations made it possible to estimate at genome-wide level distinguish studied breeds each other. In this study, we searched for heterozygous homozygous ROH regions, evaluated inbreeding using FROH analysis, generated population structure Admixture 1.3 software. The reproductive performance of goats significantly influences breeding efficiency and economic returns, with litter size serving as a comprehensive indicator. Despite this, research on the genetic control remains limited. Therefore, we aimed to explore candidate genes affecting fecundity compared whole-genome sequences (WGS) 15 high-litter (HL) low-litter (LL) in Chuanzhong black goats. Then diversity genomic variation patterns were analyzed by phylogenetic, principal component population structure analysis, it was found that HL LL subpopulations diverged. Population evolutionary selection elimination analysis performed Fst θπ resulted 506 annotated 528 LL. These mainly related Hippo signaling pathway, G protein-coupled receptor activity, cell surface gonadal development. According selected regions important pathways, g.89172108T > variant locus exon AMH gene associated ( P < 0.05), which could be used an auxiliary for high fertility Goat.
