Promoting
electronic
certificates
(e-certificates)
is
an
important
convenience
measure
to
realize
the
high
efficiency
and
intelligence
of
digital
government
services.

study
develops
a
research
model
based
on
behavioral
reasoning
theory
(BRT)
regulatory
focus
(RFT)

public's
application
behavior
e-certificates,

This
study
aimed
to
empirically
analyze

relationship

FIDS
