Abstract
Entrepreneurship
is
an
important
factor
in
economic
development
and
the
reduction
of
unemployment
any
country.
In
Greece,
entrepreneurship
faces
various
challenges
over
time,
which
are
usually
influenced
by
functioning
public
administration
legislation.
On
other
hand,
reformation
sector
does
not
seem
to
be
fully

with
entrepreneurship.
Structural

weaknesses

El
objetivo
de
este
trabajo
es
presentar
una
imagen
los
aspectos
estudiados
sobre
reutilización
datos
abiertos
y
analizar
cuáles
pueden
ser
retos
para
poder
desarrollar
ámbito
estudio.
Se
ha
realizado,
en
primer
lugar,
un
análisis
descriptivo
la
literatura
previa
disponible
las

Scopus
abiertos.
En
segundo
se
realizado
encuesta
a
expertos
gobierno
abierto
identificar
principales
temas
tratar
el
futuro.
Los
resultados
muestran
que
mayoría
documentos
publicado
últimos
años
país
con
más
producción
España.
Entre
palabras
mencionan
destacan
público,
portales,
metadatos,
modelos,
calidad
reutilización.
Por
otra
parte,
han
señalado
entre
están
buenas
prácticas
sector
privado,
éticos,
sostenibilidad
economía
circular,
Inteligencia
Artificial,
data
spaces

federados.
Es
además
interesante
su
uso
sectores
como
salud
educación.
Este
estudio
presenta
realidad
hay
abiertos,
mostrando
interés

desde

empresarial,

medioambiental.
