This study investigates the key factors influencing CO 2 emissions in state of Haryana from 2005 to 2023, focusing on economic and demographic determinants. Understanding relationship between growth, population dynamics, environmental impact is crucial for formulating effective sustainable development policies. The employs a comprehensive dataset where serve as dependent variable, while Net State Domestic Product (NSDP) at constant prices, square NSDP, life expectancy act independent variables. To ensure robust analysis, stationarity tests are conducted assess data properties, followed by Dynamic Ordinary Least Squares (DOLS) Canonical Cointegration Regression explore long-run relationships among these Empirical findings indicate positive statistically significant emissions, suggesting that expansion increase drive higher emissions. Conversely, exhibits negative association with implying improvements public health longevity may contribute reduced results highlight challenges posed emphasizing need balanced policy measures align progress sustainability goals. unexpected underscores complex interplay socioeconomic sustainability, warranting further investigation.

Countries have pledged commitment to the 2030 Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) and Paris Agreement combat climate change. To maximize synergies between SDGs actions (CAs), we evaluate alignment of national emissions reduction targets by comparing action plans embodied in Voluntary National Review (VNR) reports Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) across 67 countries. An Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based approach is proposed this study explore interconnectedness applying machine learning classifier natural language processing. Middle- low-income countries with high tend low NDC contain similar information VNR reports. High-income show less their NDCs VNRs. The economic status found be connected alignment. Abstract Indonesia ratified the Paris Agreement in 2016, committing to reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and addressing climate change. The primary contributors global warming are increasing concentrations of GHGs, particularly carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) methane (CH 4 ). In alignment with Net Zero Emissions 2060 target Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 13, PT X has implemented environmentally impactful programs support governmental efforts mitigating crisis. This study evaluates alternative mitigation strategies using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Technique for Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), incorporating environmental, economic, stakeholder considerations guide decision-making. results indicate that environmental criteria have highest weight (0.61), followed economic (0.20) (0.19), highlighting dominance factors. analysis identifies Piston Modification Program Diesel Engine Gas Replacement as most feasible short-term strategies, while Carbon Capture Storage program is recommended a long-term investment substantial emission reductions benefits. underscores importance integrating structured decision-making approaches enhance effectively.
