Flood disaster mitigation efforts are carried out through traffic engineering management to reduce the negative impacts of flooding on community and infrastructure, where these require a comprehensive plan involve cooperation between government, authorities, emergency services surrounding community. This study aims determine scenario that can congestion improve performance during floods. analyzes road network in Gedebage District Ujung Berung City which affected by floods under normal conditions, flood conditions (do-nothing), when is applied (do-something) developing an origin-destination matrix formed using Furness method, modelling PTV Visum analyzed 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines method. The results indicate there increase with implementation do-something 2. recommends stakeholders implement providing information mapping flood-prone areas, early warning systems, evacuation routes routes, alternative routes.

Background Biodiversity plays a crucial role for humanity, serving as foundation human survival and development. Habitat quality serves critical indicator assessing biodiversity holds significant importance in both theoretical practical domains. The unique natural geographical environment of Guizhou Province has fostered rich facilitated the establishment numerous nature reserves, predominantly centered on forest ecosystems. Analyzing habitat reserves its influencing factors is great significance maintaining regional ecosystem stability, promoting sustainable development, improving ecological environment. Method Therefore, taking 33 study area, we first quantified using Integrated Valuation Ecosystem Services Trade-offs (InVEST) model to analyze changes reserve from 2000 2020. Then, explored effects social spatiotemporal evolution optimal parameters-based detector (OPGD). Results Forests were identified primary land-use type area. However, saw an increase area cropland, impervious land by 5,001.39 ha 102.15 ha; decrease forests grasslands; slight watersheds. Rapid urbanization, therefore, negatively affected overall reserve. Although there declining trend reserve, magnitude change 2010 2020 (−0.04) smaller than that (−0.17), indicating management been somewhat effective. In national-level interactions between geographic socio-economic greater factors. Similarly, local-level outweighed among Conclusion variability was shaped combined protected areas is, furthermore, more significantly activities, which are cause their degradation.

Abstract The power industry is the key to achieving carbon peak and neutrality goals. It of great theoretical practical significance investigate emission reduction efficiency (CERE) thermal generation from micro-perspective plants. Therefore, this study comprehensively employed multiple methods conduct a thorough analysis CERE spatio-temporal characteristics driving factors 248 plants in China during period 2014 2021, four dimensions "time-space-resource allocation-driven forces". results show that: (1) China's fluctuating upward trend. And there are obvious technological heterogeneity spatial non-equilibrium. (2) overall level resource misallocation shows fluctuation decline, but stage characteristics. (3) affected by internal external factors. Finally, based on research findings, paper puts forward countermeasures suggestions improve alleviate

Abstract Among natural disasters, flash floods are the most destructive events, causing significant damage to economy and posing a serious threat human life property. Comprehensive risk assessment of these sudden is key strategy mitigate their impact. Accurate analysis flood hazards can greatly enhance prevention efforts inform critical decision‐making processes, ultimately improving our ability protect communities from fast‐onset disasters. This study analyzed driving forces disaster‐causing factors in Heilongjiang Province. Meanwhile, nine different categories variables affecting occurrence were selected, degree influence each factor on was quantitatively analyzed, force Province carried out by using geographic probe model. paper employs an uncertainty approach, utilizing statistical‐based interval weight determination technique for evaluation indices two‐dimensional information‐based number sorting method. These methodologies combined construct comprehensive On this basis, model implemented six regions within China's province evaluate prioritize risks. The resulting ranking areas as follows: Bayan Shuangcheng Boli Suibin Hailun Yian. findings demonstrate that number‐based method effectively handles uncertainty, providing more reliable grading system. leveraging modern scientific advances quantification techniques, crucial disaster management mitigating impacts.
