This study applies an extension of the theory planned behaviour (TPB) by including moral regulation and negative positive emotions to determine attitudinal emotional factors that influence tourist loyalty word-of-mouth. Structural equation modeling was applied a sample 303 face-to-face interviews with tourists visiting smart tourism destination Cáceres, city has also been declared World Heritage site. The results indicate original components TPB, norms significantly impact intention recommend destination. Additionally, proportion variance explained shows improve explanatory power model. joint communication information in local campaigns through social networks offering memorable experiences is main strategy managers should follow order promote socially environmentally responsible attitudes, emotions, greater build it.

Abstract In today's digital economy, wallets are becoming increasingly significant. Various factors influence wallet’s usage behaviour, e.g. consumer attitudes and views of wallets, the perceived benefits hazards using ease use reliability wallet services. This study empirically examines behaviour with a particular focus on role risk as mediator trust service quality moderators. quantitative primary data-based used survey approach to collect data structured questionnaires from 450 users, were analyzed PLS-SEM (Smart PLS 4.0). The findings show that behavioural intention positively significantly impacts mediates proposed relationship, while showed strong moderating effects relationship between behaviour. adds literature adoption by emphasizing complex intention, risk, trust, quality. can help providers build successful strategies increase its’ acceptance usage.

Public participation in river basin ecological compensation is one of the effective means to adjust multi stakeholder relationship and promote low-carbon development. This paper takes upper Yellow River section as research area, adds policy variables Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). An integrated theoretical framework established from two levels personal psychological cognition environment, which can comprehensively consider multiple factors that affect individual behavior. uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) empirically analyze impact on public's willingness behavior participate compensation. The results showed three cognitive attitude, subjective norm perceived control had a significant also has public coefficient 0.085, 0.551. existing policies carbon neutral contexts have stronger effect behavior, but weaker participate. play small role mobilizing enthusiasm level, direct conclusions this help broaden provide new ideas methods for improving mechanism basin.
