With
the
development
of
modern
cities,
people’s
living
environment
requirements
are
constantly
improving.
Urban
villages
in
Qingdao
area,
as
a
key
area
for
urban
renewal,
affected
by
sea
breeze
and
have
warm
humid
climate
summer,
which,
together
with
their
problems
irrational
layout
poor
ventilation
outdoor
public
space,
seriously
reduce
quality
space.
In
order
to
improve
comfort
village
residents,
this
study
uses
CFD
numerical
simulation
SPSS25
software
analysis
investigate
coupled
relationship
between
space
morphology
summer
wind
villages,
derives
range
values
indexes
meet
needs
human
comfort.
The
found
following
conclusions:
a.
average
speed
ratio
is
negatively
correlated
household
profile
density
enclosure
positively
dispersion,
degree
influence
>
dispersion
density.
b.
When
less
than
0.5328,
0.8228,
17.21,
percentage
zone
increases
significantly.
renewal
transformation
should
be
based
on
interaction
mechanism
which
provides
reference
basis
improving
spatial
villages.

With
the
rapid
expansion
of
Chinese
cities,
traditional
siheyuan
in
some
old
urban
areas
and
historic
districts
have
gradually
transformed
into
overcrowded
courtyard
tenements
inhabited
primarily
by
rural
migrants.
Multiple
families
reside
together
one
siheyuan,
creating
a
housing
model
akin
to
“shared
housing”.
Due
complex
relationship
between
property
rights
holders
users,
coupled
with
absence
unified
management
supervision
system,
residents
are
confronted
predicament
aging
buildings,
backward
infrastructure,
poor
living
conditions.
Finding
means
improving
conditions
while
maintaining
existing
settlement
style
population
structure
is
an
issue
that
demands
urgent
resolution.
This
study
focuses
on
Mizhi,
ancient
city
Shaanxi
Province,
China.
Through
investigation
mapping
31
typical
in-depth,
semi-structured
interviews
160
families,
it
reveals
division,
current
spatial
usage,
future
settlements
dominated
proposes
suggestions
for
their
renewal.
