The diffusion of green energy technological innovation based on international cooperation is a critical pathway to achieving global low-carbon emission reductions. However, few studies have considered the pathways technologies under bilateral policy uncertainties. This paper constructs an evolutionary game model for in complex network environment, with focus analyzing impacts key parameters such as spillover effects, heterogeneity, technical leakage risks, and free-riding risks equilibrium outcomes strategies. results study are follows: (1) Technological synergy heterogeneity significant role promoting innovation, but when too high, it difficult two parties find more common interests areas interaction, cooperative will be turned into empty shell that has name no reality. (2) Policy uncertainty impact technology specific depends type policy, intensity, other parameters. (3) risk obsolescence prompted countries deeply participate realize “curved road overtaking” locking latecomer advantages; due existence phenomenon “free-riding”, logic value creation win–win replaced by opportunism “enjoying benefits”, may one-time “handshake agreement”. can turn collaborative “witch hunt” underdog against overdog, process led wrong direction.

Local data about indoor thermal comfort are in short supply, which always different from the predicted results produced by models shown previous studies. Shopping malls that consume substantial energy need to save energy, provided is maintained. Therefore, this research investigated using field measurements and questionnaires a typical shopping mall Danyang, China, with hot summer cold winter climate order explore local demands energy-saving potential.
