Continuous monitoring of individuals' health, particularly those with chronic diseases, out healthcare centers could result in lower patient traffic centers, much more real-time health control, and faster emergency services. Hence, using the internet things (IoTs) as an enabler Industry 4.0 facilitating remote has gained attention recent years. Although plenty research been focused on IoT-based monitoring, they neglected emerging concepts like human-centered data analytics a significant requirement Healthcare 5.0 era. Intensive Care Unit (ICU) capacity can be significantly affected by disease outbreaks, epidemics, and pandemics, impeding the operational efficiency of healthcare systems compromising patient care. This paper presents a multi-stage optimization approach to planning location distribution ICU beds increase accessibility reduce mortality caused shortage in geographic region during epidemic events. Using Brazilian state monthly hospital admissions due Covid-19 from October 2020 April 2021, we show amount allocation extra that could mortality, minimize travel transportation, while considering budget limitations. Our findings coverage for 21 previously underserved municipalities, providing 69 ranging 880 1670 across seven months. On average, patients are displaced 56% less access ICUs within 17 ± 2.3 kilometres (CI 95%). The strategy contributes public health equitable resources among population.

Depuis 2013, les hôpitaux français ont été vivement encouragés à adopter des logiciels de gestion lits pour fluidifier le parcours soins mais cela heurte difficultés. Cet article présente une étude cas menée au sein du Centre Hospitalier Régional Universitaire (CHRU) Nancy. Nous avons réalisé analyse rétrospective données relatives aux mouvements patients et prospective processus lits. Ces analyses permis comprendre fonctionnement actuel d’obtenir quantitatives permettant d’objectiver avantages apportés par l'informatisation. Une démarche originale d'évaluation a priori impacts multicritères impliquant différents acteurs proposée. Les résultats obtenus recueillir perceptions positives négatives parties prenantes avant même la mise en place logiciel, contribuant ainsi son acceptabilité.
