The COVID-19 pandemic led to public health crises beyond the direct casualties from virus itself. This study aimed to analyse the long-term evolution of mental health services use following COVID-19 pandemic. was a retrospective study, conducted from 2019 2024, using Groupe Hospitalier Universitaire Paris Psychiatry and Neurosciences (GHU Paris) databases. We considered number patients consulting at GHU clinics, presenting emergency department (ED), hospital admissions per week, by sex age group. performed piecewise linear regression, threshold approach identify time patterns between 2024: pre-pandemic period (T1), short-term (T2) post-pandemic (T3). Temporal changes in healthcare service were then analysed. No significant overall observed outpatients after pandemic, except for slight increase among aged 15-24 years. The remained lower 2024 compared with 2019, decreasing trend T3 all subgroups. In contrast, ED visits increased over time, higher women young people 2019. (T3) continued show an increasing pattern. Additionally, reduction schizophrenia presentations observed, while there substance or neurotic disorders. This paper reports on a service evaluation of PeerTalk, nationwide charity that organises and facilitates peer support groups for individuals with depression. Therefore, the aim was to gather synthesise benefits perceived by group attendees. Thematic analysis undertaken following collection data from two interviews comprising PeerTalk Once those were analysed, five key themes emerged: (1) talking/listening, (2) socialising, (3) contrast other services, (4) personal benefits, (5) structure accessibility. Two further minor also identified: (6) wider (7) areas development could lead overall improvements service. PeerTalk's provide multiple opportunities attendees meet others who have similar experiences within an environment does not require formal engagement or commitment. Abstract Objectives Promising studies show that psilocybin-assisted therapy relieves existential distress in patients with serious illnesses, a difficult condition to treat current treatment options. There is growing interest this palliative care. Canada recently amended its laws allow physicians request psilocybin for end-of-life distress. However, barriers access remain. Since implementing within care depends on the attitudes of healthcare providers willing recommend it, they should be actively engaged broader discussion about option. We aimed (1) identify issues and concerns regarding acceptability among professionals discuss ways remedying them (2) factors may facilitate access. Background: The mental health service delivery gap remains high globally. Appropriate telehealth use may increase capacity through flexible remote care provision. Despite the historical lack of integration into publicly funded services, during COVID‐19 lockdowns, services rapidly switched to telephone and audiovisual In Aotearoa New Zealand (NZ), this was abandoned when no longer required by restrictions. This study explores environmental factors associated with implementation ongoing or discontinuation across a multiregional outpatient service. work contributes understanding system‐level influencing thus informs policy practice in postpandemic environments. Methods: mixed methods applied an interpretive description methodology. Semistructured interviews 33 clinicians were thematically analysed. Qualitative findings reframed evaluated using time series analyses population‐level quantitative data (prior throughout pandemic). Findings synthesised qualitative themes develop contributing use. Results: highlighted clients assessed declining clinician numbers, pressure placed on clinicians.
