Objetivos: Avaliar a eficácia das vacinas contra COVID-19 em indivíduos com comorbidades e examinar necessidade de doses reforço para manter imunidade, especialmente diante variantes emergentes do SARS-CoV-2. Métodos: Revisão bibliográfica da literatura, incluindo estudos observacionais ensaios clínicos randomizados, que relataram vacinal populações comorbidades, utilizando bases dados como PubMed, Web of Science, MEDLINE. Resultados: As mRNA, vetor viral vírus inativado demonstraram variações na condições crônicas. A administração mostrou-se crucial sustentar imunidade aumentar proteção, Delta Omicron. ansiedade foi um dos problemas mais comuns entre os HCWs, prevalência variando 37% 41.42%. Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) medical workers in radiology department toward prevention diagnosis COVID-19. Methods This multicenter cross-sectional conducted among 17 hospitals between March June 2022. Results A total 324 were enrolled. mean knowledge scores 15.3 ± 3.4 (out 23), attitude 31.1 5.6 (range 8–40), 35.1 4.4 8–40). Positive attitudes (OR = 1.235, 95% CI: 1.162–1.311, P < 0.001) aged 41–50 years independently associated with higher scores. Abstract Introduction During the COVID-19 pandemic, sudden transition to virtual learning led several challenges for nursing students. This study aimed synthesis students’ experiences of teaching and during pandemic. Content A meta-synthesis qualitative articles were conducted. Three online databases searched from December 2019 2022. Qualitative studies sections mixed method included. Summary Twenty-four seven mixed-method included in review. The findings consisted one main theme “educational transformation”, three categories “challenging face-to-face clinical training”, “transition education”, “support continua”. evidence indicated that this health-related crisis, most training was provided as distance various forms. According findings, education alone cannot replace is suggested be considered a supplementary method. Outlook provides comprehensive understanding offering practical implications educators institutions globally. lessons learned can inform strategic decisions, policies, practices enhance resilience adaptability face unforeseen challenges.

Background: In 2020, healthcare providers were expected to provide care individuals with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), putting them at risk of acquiring COVID-19. The possibility poorly understood infectious diseases while providing may have an impact on the mental health providers. We conducted a study explore effects COVID-19 Methods: Between April and August 2021, we in-depth interviews 60 in unit (IDU) other units hospital (non-IDU). completed online self-administered survey form demographic data (age, sex, average income, known contact patient). used semi-structured interview guides understand providers’ lived experiences stress, anxiety, depression, their associated factors. transcribed verbatim coded analyzed transcripts derive thematic concepts related experiences. Results: had median age 37 years [IQR 20.0–58.0], 56.7% female, 30.0% nurses, 18.3% medical doctors, 11.7% laboratory technologists. reported increased stress during pandemic, attributed high demand for patient care, changes social life, fear infection. They also anxiety depression as result limited knowledge beginning pandemic perception that “COVID-19 resulted death”. Testing positive COVID-19, exposure risks, death patients colleagues reportedly affected health. Additionally, support through debriefing meetings, peer-to-peer support, psychological counseling, privacy confidentiality concerns. Conclusions: Healthcare faced issues such taking patients. An effective response requires institutional practices address context-specific challenges confidentiality.

Abstract Background: One of the coping strategies in stressful situations effectively is resilience skills. Due to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic and its resulting stresses, this study was conducted determine relationship between social organizational support among nurses working with COVID-19 patients. Materials Methods: A cross-sectional undertaken on 224 patients Iran 2021. demographic questionnaire, Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale, Multidimensional Scale Perceived Social Support, Survey Organisational Support were used for data collection. Data analysis performed using descriptive interpretive statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient test linear regression). Results: The mean [Standard Deviation (SD)] score 65.86 (14.01). In addition, (SD) scores 21.57 (4.46) 65.10 (10.93), respectively. Pearson results showed a statistically significant direct (r = 0.41, p < 0.001). there 0.16, 0.01). The COVID-19 pandemic has considerably affected human beings most of whom are healthcare workers (HCWs) combating the disease in front line.This cross-sectional study aims to explore effects stress and anxiety caused by on quality sleep life HCWs, including physicians, nurses, other staff. In this global study, we asked 1,210 HCWs (620 590 volunteers from Iran European countries, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, respectively), who age 21-70, participate test. Several measures COVID-related stress, anxiety, sleep, quality, 12-item General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12), Fear scale (FCV-19S), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), World Organization Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) recorded.Volunteers reported high rates poor as well lower life. correlation analysis between is reported. According results, regardless location, predominantly female developed symptoms which consequently resulted quality. Both for Iranian significant differences existed nurses two groups, with p-values equal 0.0357 0.0429 GHQ-12, 0.0368, 0.714 BAI measure. The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has increased the workload of healthcare workers (HCWs), impacting their health. This study aimed to assess sleep quality using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and identify factors associated with poor among HCWs in Vietnam during COVID-19 pandemic.In this cross-sectional study, 1000 frontline were recruited from various facilities between October 2021 November 2021. Data collected a 3-part self-administered questionnaire, which covered demographics, quality, related sleep. Poor was defined as total PSQI score 5 or higher.Participants' mean age 33.20±6.81 years (range, 20.0-61.0), 63.0% women. median work experience 8.54±6.30 years. Approximately 6.3% had chronic comorbidities, such hypertension diabetes mellitus. About 59.5% directly responsible for patient care treatment, while 7.1% worked tracing sampling. A 73.8% reported quality. Multivariate logistic regression revealed significant associations presence comorbidities (odds ratio [OR], 2.34; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.17 5.24), being HCW involved treatment (OR, 1.59; CI, 1.16 2.16), working hours 1.84; CI,1.37 2.48), higher frequency encountering critically ill dying patients 1.42; 1.03 1.95).The high prevalence similar that other countries. Working conditions should be adjusted improve population.

This study was aimed to measure the prevalence of depression, anxiety, and stress as well evaluate associations these mental disorders with sociodemographic factors, workplace worries, coping strategies among frontline HCWs in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during COVID-19 pandemic.A cross-sectional conducted a tertiary teaching hospital Malaysia. Sociodemographic data questionnaire, Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale 21, sources worries Brief-COPE inventory were randomly distributed who worked at medical, emergency, anaesthesiology departments.
