Latar belakang: Air adalah salah satu sumber daya alam yang berperan penting bagi kehidupan makhluk hidup mendiami permukaan bumi, maka keberadaannya harus dilindungi untuk medukung manusia atau lainnya. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui nilai total coliform dan Escherichia coli pada air sumur bor digunakan masyarakat Dusun Pucangsawit kesesuaian MPN menurut Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 2 Tahun 2023 tentang Pelaksanaan Pemerintah Nomor 66 2014 Tentang Lingkungan.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam 10 terdapat Kelurahan Pucangsawit, Kecamatan Jebres, Kota Surakarta. Metode pengujian petrifilm coli. Pengujian dilaksanakan dengan dua tahap yaitu tes pendahuluan penegasan. statistik regresi hubungan jarak pencemar coli.Hasil : Hasil diperoleh bahwa tidak sampel memenuhi Permenkes terkait batas cemaran karena > 0 MPN/100 mL, namun keseluruhan dipersyaratkan menunjukkan antara (p value 0,05).Simpulan Berdasarkan hasil diketahui di Pucangsawit.Seluruh berdasarkan 2023, keseluruhannya ABSTRACT Title: Analysis Of Most Probable Number (MPN) Coliform and Artesian Well In Surakarta Sub District Background: Water is one of the natural resources that play an essential role for all living things on planet, so it must be maintained. Understanding the impacts of open dumpsites and its implication on groundwater systems is a critical component water security for sound long-term environmental management strategies. However, predicting dynamic difficult task that requires technical approach. This paper applies electrical resistivity physicochemical analysis techniques to investigate vulnerability dumpsite leachates potential risk. While indicates high infiltrating index subsoil, invariably affects resources, concentration heavy metals, COD, BOD, TDS conductivity (EC), affirming results. leachate plumes suggest have masterminded pollution, metals dominating 7 HDWs significantly influenced chemistry quality area. Thus, major cause pollution. Indications show decreased depth source distance. More also, at risk index. Besides indications, some influential regional factors such as climatic conditions, hydrology geology further amplified crisis. Consequently, suggests future preservation direction.

This review reports a discussion involving sources, adverse effects, and quantification of emerging contaminants that have polluted the environment, such as chemical elements employed in medicine (antimony, barium, gadolinium), microplastics water bodies, addition to pharmaceutical, illicit drugs, their metabolites wastewater sewage sludge. It also addresses pollution caused by urban areas, gas stations hairdressing salons. The main analytical methods recommended for determining all these are briefly reported.
