The emergence of Covid 19 has devastated the performance Micro. Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) including in Kendal Regency. Through People's Market application. it is hoped that can encourage MSMEs after pandemic. However. problem occurs users application MSME players are still low which hinder growth competitiveness digitalization era. This study aims to analyze behavior adopting Regency through integration Theory Acceptance Model (TAM) Extended Planned Behavior (TPB). research a causality using seven main variables tested from TAM TPB models. namely: perceived benefits; ease use; attitude application; subjective norms; behavioral control; intention actual behavior. sample this used purposive sampling method with total met criteria 231 respondents. data was obtained distributing questionnaires via google form. were statistically AMOS program. results showed benefits use affect attitudes. Attitude affects traders norms control have no significant effect on intentions. also prove intentions merchants carry out

Abstract This paper aims to systematically review the literature on electronic shopping cart abandonment (ESCA). It analyzes development of ESCA in terms publication trends, outlets, number citations, methodologies, and theoretical underpinnings. Furthermore, based synthesis, this proposes a conceptual framework integrating widely used antecedents, mediators, moderators that influence ESCA. Predicting the non-purchase behavior of potential customers, such as abandonment online shopping carts, is a pivotal factor in determining success companies. Despite several conducted studies, further investigation still required to gain profound understanding underlying causes these phenomena.
