The current tendency in education is to deliver high-quality instruction with the use of technology order increase students’ global competitiveness. Therefore, study aims develop a new model by examining impact number variables, including perceived support, virtual social skills, subjective norms, information quality, interest, resource availability, on self-efficacy benefits TEL enrolled various public private educational institutions Arabia. method based partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). E-Learning Platform Usage and Acceptance of Technology after the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Case of Transilvania University

This research aims to examine the evolution of student attitudes toward Transilvania University e-learning platform over a three-year period, encompassing time before and after COVID-19 pandemic. The study collected both quantitative qualitative data through structured online survey. Quantitative were analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency distribution) measure changes in perceived ease use, experiences, or degree satisfaction, while responses thematically capture students’ comments about within Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. findings indicate an increased usage satisfaction with user interface post-pandemic, along reduction reported technical issues. Moreover, predominantly positive sentiment emerged from thematic analysis feedback.
