Purpose
Green
innovations
(GI)
is
an
emerging
field
that
presents
opportunity
to
thrive
in
the
competitive
market.
Nevertheless,
of
green
innovation,
there
no
clear
and
complete
picture.
To
fill
this
gap
current
study
was
conducted
with
following
objectives.
(1)
identify
existing
knowledge
on
innovation
offer
bibliographic
insights
through
a
systematic
literature
review
(SLR),
(2)
comprehend
areas
which
research
lacking
within
territory
innovation.
Design/methodology/approach
The
SLR
methodology
employed
study,
preferred
reporting

for
reviews
meta-analyses
(PRISMA)
guidelines.

published
between

2023
were
extracted
from

review.

In
the
face
of
drastic
global
climate
change,
transition
to
a
green
economy
is
becoming
increasingly
important
and

understood

an

Thus,
this
study

how
small
medium-sized
enterprises
(SMEs)
adhere
innovation
activities
in
management
their
business.

answer
objective,
qualitative
approach
(case
study)

SME
owner-managers
data
collection.

content
analysis,
results
obtained
show
that

managers

operationalization

not

SMEs
studied

they
consider
sustainable
