Each method for adjusting to shifts higher employs Learning Management System (LMS). This study explored the lived experiences of secondary school students in Moshi Municipality with distance learning amid COVID-19 outbreak Tanzania. Specifically, it challenges and opportunities pandemic, roles assumed by parents teachers to support students’ learning. A qualitative approach, framed within phenomenography research design, guided present study. Nineteen were purposively selected from four schools Municipality. Data collected through in-depth interviews focus group discussions. The data underwent a systematic inductive content analysis identify emerging themes data. findings indicate that different approaches or methods utilised for learning, including printed materials self-study, TV radio programmes, online resources, interactive classes. However, such as limited internet access device availability emerged significant hurdles. Additionally, emotional struggles, loneliness motivational issues, evident, while absence peer interaction concentration difficulties notable concerns. On positive side, flexible environments allowed self-paced skill development, exploration personal interests. Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah paradigma pendidikan dengan memperkenalkan berbagai model pembelajaran berbasis internet, seperti e-learning, blended learning, dan hybrid learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sistem, instruktur, layanan pendukung terhadap kepuasan belajar mahasiswa dalam lingkungan e-learning. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif metode asosiatif, penelitian data dari 241 program studi ekonomi Universitas Terbuka. Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan hubungan antara variabel independen dependen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa memiliki positif signifikan Kualitas sistem yang baik menciptakan akses lancar stabil materi pembelajaran, instruktur memainkan peran sentral membentuk pengalaman kompetensi pedagogis interaksi baik, sedangkan memberikan dukungan teknis emosional meningkatkan mahasiswa. Implikasi temuan dasar bagi lembaga e-learning memperhatikan aspek teknis, instruksional, pendukung.

This study investigates how rural teachers in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa harness their experiences during pandemic to integrate technology into post-pandemic pedagogical practices. Adopt TPACK theoretical framework, purposively selected 18 province's schools Africa. Data was collected through interviews and two sharing circles a phenomenological approach analyzed thematically. Findings reveal that teachers, initially intimidated by technology, adapted its use out necessity came view it as an essential teaching tool. Implementing an online-based learning management system, educators must prepare materials and other tools such as lesson implementation plans. But the fact is that 57% of students have difficulty when online carried out. The research aims to analyze process implementing out in universities using media. This urgently because there are differences between theory reality field. method used was a mixed with surveys interviews students. subjects this were 150 university from all study programs who chosen randomly. Abstract: Background: Learning difficulties are often accompanied by additional challenges in physical and mental health, as well psychological, neurodevelopmental medical conditions. In such a situation, crises the epidemic of COVID-19, which caused significant economic social disparities can double problems. To fully understand wide-ranging impact school closures, transition to online education, recognition support health concerns, it is crucial that we carefully examine lasting effects pandemic. Methods: The literature review played role providing background information for this study. gather academic literature, extensively searched PubMed Scopus databases, including terms: “COVID-19” AND (“learning” OR “learning disorder” disability”). This study aimed to explore college tutors' perspectives on the integration of information and communication technology (ICT) in teaching pre-service early-grade teachers teacher colleges Tanzania. The was guided by two research objectives: (1) investigate professional learning support tutors receive (2) examine factors impeding ICT early childhood classroom. purposive sampling technique employed four principals, while convenience used sample 41 who participated this study. A collective case design participants' deployment their daily teaching. Data collected from participants were thematically analysed. findings show that majority had limited regular training opportunities revealed several hindering integrating teaching, including technological resources, lack technical support, unreliable internet, absence guides, insufficient digital security knowledge, familiarity with management systems, low competence, outdated devices. study, therefore, concludes inadequate among exacerbates acquisition necessary literacy skills teachers. In regard, recommends government engage use classroom practices. Furthermore, tools devices should be available for utilise instructional practices

An increasing enrolment of students and demand for flexible delivery modalities in higher education calls an urgent digital transformation this sector. In addition, emerging global wicked challenges the appropriate use information communication technologies (ICT) to address them; instance, COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated adoption teaching, learning educational services institutions (HLIs). This study assessed ICT infrastructure, systems at Muhimbili University Health Allied Sciences (MUHAS) Tanzania using Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. qualitative used desk reviews data obtained from interviews, system walkthroughs, document consultative meetings. The assessment conducted between February 2017 August 2021. found that MUHAS provides various infrastructures services, with a rapidly services. A total 84 were mapped grouped as "Customer-facing" or "Supporting". also categorised "Core", "Enabling", "Enhancing". different maturity levels depending on duration their demands, requirements, capacity, usage, availability required resources. Various such eLearning platform, video conferencing systems, student management enhance progress tracking. paper presents experience ITIL framework assessing university Tanzania.
