This work investigates the antibacterial efficacy of zeolite composites by using combinations zinc, manganese, and magnesium ions at concentrations 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%. Our assessment effectiveness was conducted biofilm inhibition, insitu bacterial colonization, ion-release tests. The results indicated that liberation zinc increased from 1.5 parts per million (ppm) a concentration 1% to 6.0 ppm Furthermore, manganese varied between 2.0 6.7 ppm, whereas ranged 1.8 5.5 ppm. as shown OD570 values, decreased dramatically 0.85 0.40 Bacterial viability tests revealed ion concentration, proportion damaged cells rose 60%, while viable 70% 40%. these indicate higher amplifies activity composites, making them very efficient in inhibiting biofilms deactivating microorganisms. The dental material industry is rapidly developing resin-based composites (RBCs), which find widespread use in a variety of clinical settings. As such, their biocompatibility has gained increasing interest. This literature review presents summary research into the cytotoxicity methacrylate-based published from 2017 to 2023. Subject analysis were 14 vitro studies on human and murine cell lines. Cytotoxicity included was measured via MTT assay, LDH WST-1 assay. QUIN Risk Bias Tool performed validate studies. Included (based entirely results studies) provide evidence dose- time-dependent composites. Oxidative stress depletion cellular glutathione (GSH) suggested as reasons for cytotoxicity. This study examined research interest in copper materials for caries management. We conducted an exhaustive literature search of English publications on removed duplicate and screened the titles abstracts to identify relevant publications. Then, we analyzed bibliometric data using Bibliometrix VOSviewer programs. included 75 laboratory studies, six clinical trials, 17 reviews. Most original studied or oxide nanoparticles (45/81, 56%).
