This study aimed establish an association between type 2 mellitus (T2DM) adulthood, incomplete individuals from metropolitan area Guadalajara, Mexico. Methodology: this analytical cross-sectional included patients over 18 years age with T2DM normal weight, overweight or obesity, regardless sex. Informed consent was obtained. Variables encompassed T2DM, method, first-year diet, family history, demographic, socioeconomic, educational characteristics, anthropometric measurements. For statistical analysis, Student's t test, chi-square tests odds ratios were employed. Results: evaluated 218 average 57.8 (± 12.7) at diagnosis 46.2 12.5). FBF (65.6 %) partial (PBF) (23.8 prevailed months. The 46.7 12.1) for vaginally born 30.7 15.5) cesarean-born (p = 0.001). Cesarean increased by nine times [OR 8.9 (CI, 1.05, 75.2), p 0.02]. Initiating breastfeeding immediately within the first hour following birth has positive effects on mother's and newborn's health wellbeing. Little is known about early initiation of associated factors in Afghanistan. In this study, we addressed research gap. We used data from Afghanistan Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) 2022-23. Data were analysed 11,992 ever-married women, aged 15-49 years, who delivered a live child last 2 years before survey. The outcome was defined as initiating birth. Background and aims: An excessive weight loss (EWL) of >10% after birth is associated with serious health outcomes. The aim this study was to determine factors that can reduce in full-term, exclusively breastfed infants birth. Methods: This a retrospective, observational, single-center study. We included 642 healthy, neonates born 2019 baby-friendly hospital, their healthy mothers. exclusion criteria were as follows: supplementation formula, multiple pregnancies, or mothers issues. Results: mean percentage neonatal 24 h life 5.13%, 48 6.34%. Neonates delivered via caesarean section lost more than those vaginal delivery (p < 0.01). There noticeable pattern tend lose if they do not get skin-to-skin contact (SSC) breastfeeding within the first hour > 0.05). Conclusions: CS life. Immediate SSC may decrease loss.

Abstract Aim We sought to assess the effectiveness of using a breast pump for nipple stimulation promote breastfeeding in early postpartum period after c‐section women with full‐term infants. Methods Selection criteria were individual and cluster randomized control trials quasi‐randomized that compared combined standard care care. In this systematic review, guided by Cochrane Handbook, we conducted comprehensive searches across databases such as Medline, Embase, CINAHL, Library, PsycINFO (Search: April 22, 2024). used PRISMA flowchart data extraction. Three review authors independently assessed inclusion risk bias, outcome synthesis Review Manager, evidence quality evaluation GRADE. Results included four 318 their The took place countries. Women from had an earlier onset lactation 19.57 h than (mean difference [MD] −19.57 h, 95% confidential interval [CI] −26.18 −12.96; participants = 143; studies two; I 2 20%; GRADE: moderate certainty ). Conclusion Evidence supports use because it is effective accelerating timing lactation. Studies large sample sizes focusing on feasibility implementation clinical practice are necessary determine ways promoting c‐section.

Methods A cluster randomized single-blinded trial conducted 224 women (112 intervention group 112 control group) from January 1, 2023, May 30, 2023. effects its associated variables practices were evaluated using logistic regressions. p -value less than 0.05, 95% confidence interval, an adjusted odds ratio used determine statistical significance. Results proportion significantly greater (54.1% vs. 45.9%, = 0.001), practice also among who received those did not receive it (61.9% 38.1%, 0.015). Those had ANC visit pregnancy three times more likely (AOR 3.01, CI 1.12–8.1) initiate breastfeeding. Having good knowledge regarding made them six breast-feeding earlier 6.18, 1.77–21.57).
