The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has had a profound impact on individuals' mental health and well-being worldwide. This study investigated the prevalences of association between quality life (QOL) in Thailand after COVID-19 outbreak. A cross-sectional was conducted among Thai individuals aged ≥ 20 years across all regions. Descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, multiple logistic regression analyses were performed to examine QOL. total 1,133 participants (mean age: 35.1 ± 17.2 years) completed survey. prevalence depression with PHQ-9 instrument 19.4%. Depression significantly associated those who have family members die from infection (adjusted odds ratio [AOR] 2.27, 95% confidence interval [CI] [1.13-4.52]). percentages depression, anxiety, stress DASS-21 32.4%, 45.4%, 24.1%, respectively. Smokers alcohol consumption approximately 1.5-time higher risk compared non-smokers no (AOR = 1.50, CI [1.01-2.24], AOR 1.48, [1.09-2.02], respectively). An observed socioeconomic factors such as job income loss outcomes. Depression, negatively demonstrates strong QOL people findings underscore need for interventions targeting lifestyles, including addressing smoking, especially support services that can address improve overall population.

Children are anxious when hospitalized due to being away from home and undergoing treatment.This anxiety has an effect on their disease process, treatment, growth development.Children's parents' can lead lower level of cooperation among the children parents with treatment team.the present study aimed compare play therapy storytelling children. A randomized controlled trial a three-group design (play therapy, control) was conducted in 75 aged 3 10 years admitted Imam Ali Alborz Hospital Karaj, Iran between 2022–2023.The data before after intervention were collected by Spence children's scale face tool for assessment analyzed Mixed model statistical method. There is statistically significant difference score whom used control group. Also, two therapies only reducing anxiety.Regarding time measuring score(the first, second, third day intervention), it found that as this increases, decreases significantly.morever, gender, age, history hospitalization influencing factors. Abstract Purpose of Review Caffeine has high bioavailability and a purine-like alkaloid structure. It exerts wide-ranging physiological effects by binding to adenosine receptors throughout the human body. Through activation those receptors, it can regulate many events in The impact caffeine consumption on depression, anxiety, stress, health remains unclear, constituting an important knowledge gap. This review was conducted examine stress levels offer some recommendations for its future use. Recent Findings We performed comprehensive literature search using PubMed, Web Science Google Scholar databases original articles published recent years “caffeine metabolism”, mechanism”, “anxiety”, “depression”, “stress”. Objectives To study the socio-demographic characteristics and prevalence of depression, anxiety, stress among clinical therapists in China during early Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic to identify associated factors. Method This cross-sectional was part a multicenter, nationally representative survey conducted through WeChat from January 2021 March 2021. Data, including socio-demographics, health-related behaviors, information on whether they participated frontline work treating COVID-19, were collected anonymously. Respondents also completed Depression Anxiety Stress Scales-21 (DASS-21). Results In total, 396 selected hospitals questionnaires, with response rate 89.0%. predominantly female (77.3%). About 6.6% participants current tobacco users, 20.7% had COVID-19. Overall, 22.0%, 17.9%, 8.8% classified as having clinically meaningful stress, respectively, based DASS-21 scores. Multiple logistic regression Model 1 2 showed that regular physical activity frequent insomnia (all, p < 0.05). anxiety model 2, factors for identified education (master’s degree or more, OR=0.520; 95% CI=0.283-0.955), marital status (single, OR=2.064; CI=1.022-4.168), use (OR=4.265; CI=1.352-13.454), (OR=0.357; CI=0.192-0.663), (OR=6.298; CI =2.522-15.729), participation COVID-19 (OR=3.179; CI=1.697-5.954). To determine inequality and decompose it's in Self-Rated Health (SRH).This population-based cross-sectional study was undertaken on the entire population of city Ilam, Iran, 2023. Multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling with proportion-to-size approach used to select participants. Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition technique show amount inequity SRH gap between poor rich group participants.1370 persons participated study. The 59.38% participants stated good status just 8.86% had status. results revealed a considerable (15.87%) poor. A large proportion (89.66%) this difference described by explained portion model. showed that economic directly responsible for explaining 27.98% overall people. Moreover, hopelessness future (32.64%), having an underlying disease (18.34%) education level (10.71%) were associated increase disfavoring poor.For people suffering from disease, it is suggested devise policies improve access to/and remove healthcare utilization barriers. address future, recommended carry out further studies reveal factors which affect more details. This can help policy makers formulate realistic evidence-informed order lessen current socioeconomic SRH.

Abstract Background Given that mental health is one indicator of evaluation in different societies and high school students, especially girls, face many stressors, this study aims to investigate the prevalence stress, anxiety, depression their relationship with some demographics variables which conducted secondary female students. Materials methods In descriptive-analytical study, 1,181 girls Rasht city were included by cluster sampling method. The research was done using DASS-21 questionnaire demographic questionnaire. Data analysis SPSS-21 software statistical tests.
