Toxicological properties of zinc-based nanoparticles (NPs) encourage researchers to create new, safe, and environmentally friendly compounds this trace element. In article, we determined the parameters hepatotoxicity zinc carbonate hydroxide (ZnCH) NPs obtained by coprecipitation method. For purpose, in a chronic toxicological experiment on 25 male Wistar rats, activity liver indicator enzymes (ALT, AST, GGT, ALP) protein profile blood plasma were after administration various doses ZnCH for 30 days. According results studies oral NPs, there no deaths or signs intoxication animals at dose 25–200 mg/kg body weight. Violations processes natural detoxification — decrease rats experimental groups 1–3 not observed. Only group 3 GGT was higher 30th 45th day 7.8 9.6%, respectively (P˂0.05) comparison with control group. 4 (200 weight), ALT increased 25.2% study, AST 28.9% 15.6%, respectively, 45 (P˂0.05). At same time, had significantly throughout study period: days 15, 30, 8.8, 13.6, 10.0%, (P˂0.05–0.01). ALP showed similar dynamics: 45, it 25.1, 26.2, 19.5% than values.
