In this study, we have introduced a method for the synthesis of various metal-doped nano-crystalline hydroxyapatites (HAp) using standard wet chemical precipitation technique. Both divalent (Ni and Zn) trivalent (Al Fe) metals were selected doping process. Additional research work was also conducted to assess antimicrobial efficacy these doped-HAps against range gram-positive gram-negative microorganisms. This study was explored the photocatalytic efficiency of biotite and ZnO embedded carbon aerogel (CA) photocatalyst to degrade ciprofloxacin (CIP) antibiotic from an aqueous medium by sunlight harvesting. CA came waste newspaper through pyrolysis technique. Biotite extracted Bramapurta River's sand high-tension magnetic separation techniques. The developed catalyst characterized applying FESEM, EDS, XRD, XPS. bandgap (1.69 eV) determined Tauc's plot. showed that, optimum degradation achieved at 98.471 %, 84.576 77.997 % 59.607 for 2, 5, 10 20 mg/L CIP containing solution respectively in 180 min its natural pH only employing 0.25 g/L dosage. Moreover, study, maximum 88.773 5 7 exposing same irradiation time followed pseudo-first-order kinetics with a rate constant 0.01831 min−1 which attributes first ROS. scavenger test suggested that •OH− e− played vital role photodegradation process. Regeneration studies confirmed photocatalysts better until five cycles. Fusion metal oxides might play multiple cycles without losing stability composite. XPS characterization spent performed understanding morphological chemical change. An antimicrobial confirm against gram-negative bacteria (E. coli) gram-positive (S. aureus), is very effective destroying compared bacteria.
