Bu makalenin amacı, çalışan yeşil davranışı (ÇYD) ile ilgili yapılan araştırmalar hakkında kapsamlı bir literatür taraması yapmak, araştırma alanıyla teorik temelleri ortaya koymaktır. amaçla, veriler Web of Science (WoS) veri tabanında geçmişten günümüze (05.12.2024) kadar yayımlanan, yönetim ve işletme alanındaki 71 makale değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Arama sonucunda ulaşılan verilerin analizlerinin gerçekleştirilmesinde R Studio/Bibliyometrix/Biblioshiny arayüzünden yararlanılmıştır. Veriler, yıllara göre yayın atıf oranları, dergi-ülke-yazar karşılaştırmaları, makalelerin yayımlandığı kaynaklar, yazarların üretkenliği makalelerine gelen sayıları, anahtar kelime, kelimelerin kullanım sıklığı ortak oluşum ağları açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre, en çok üreten yazarın G. Tang (4) alan N. M. Ashkanasy (17) olduğu, R. Chaudhary tarafından 2020 yılında kaleme alınan “Green human resource management and employee green behavior: an empirical analysis” adlı sık kullanılan kelimenin “employee behavior” “Corporate social responsibility environmental management” dergisinde tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma, alanında ÇYD araştırmalarına ilginin artırdığını koymuştur. güncel eğilimleri koymakla birlikte alanının bilgi sunmaktadır. bağlamda araştırmanın gelecekteki araştırmalara rehberlik edeceği düşünülmektedir.

Purpose The purpose of this comprehensive empirical study is to investigate the relationships between four green human resource management (GHRM) practices [green recruitment and selection (GRS), training development (GTD), compensation benefit (GCB), performance (GPM)] firm environmental (FEP) 92 Bangladeshi manufacturing firms based on Resource Based View (RBV). Additionally, researchers examined mediating role employee behavior (EGB) direct relationships. Design/methodology/approach This research was carried out utilizing survey data obtained from 242 diverse high mid-ranking executives, including Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), department heads project managers. respondents purposive. Employing a cross-sectional design, engaged quantitative deduction approach examine assumed hypotheses using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Descriptive statistics were conducted IBM SPSS (Version 29) while SmartPLS 4.1.0.3 employed evaluate measurement models. Abstract Background Using the correct type of motivation is pivotal in triggering employees’ affirmative work attitudes, such as performance, job satisfaction, or voluntary retention, ultimately leading to increasing organization’s overall efficiency. Despite ongoing academic debate, academics provide practitioners with mixed results on which factors are relevant for targeted employee groups whose needs under economic and socio-psychological pressure rapidly evolving environment. Reuse represents a critical strategy for prolonging the utility of items while conserving resources. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationships among Intrinsic Green Motivation, Extrinsic Employee Performance, Efficiency, and Environmental Performance schools.
