This mixed-method study explores the acceptance of ChatGPT as a tool for Metacognitive Self-Regulated Learning (MSRL) among academics. Despite growing attention towards metacognitive learning tool, there is need comprehensive understanding factors influencing its in academic settings. Engaging 300 preservice teachers through ChatGPT-based scenario activity and utilizing convenience sampling, this administered questionnaire based on proposed Technology Acceptance Model at UTM University's School Education. Structural equation modelling was applied to analyze participants' perspectives ChatGPT, considering like MSRL's impact usage intention. Post-reflection sessions, semi-structured interviews, record analysis were conducted gather results. Findings indicate high significantly influenced by personal competency, social influence, perceived AI usefulness, enjoyment, trust, intelligence, positive attitude, self-regulated learning. In the rapidly evolving landscape of technology, emergence Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT) marks a pivotal milestone in realm Artificial Intelligence (AI). However, little research has reported predictors people's intentions to use ChatGPT. This pioneering study empirically examines user adoption through lens Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) using convenience sampling method. The surveyed 784 ChatGPT users China, whom 58.93% were males. results have revealed several key findings: (1) perceived usefulness, ease use, behavioral intention, and behavior positively correlated with each other; (2) intention acted as mediating factor relationship between usefulness behavior, well behavior; (3) played chain-mediated role (4) exhibited greater strength among females compared males; (5) association was found be stronger urban comparison their rural counterparts; (6) connections observed individuals higher educational backgrounds relative those lower backgrounds. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a transformative technology impacting various sectors of society and the economy. Understanding factors influencing AI adoption critical for both research practice. This study focuses on two key objectives: (1) validating an extended version Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in context by integrating Big Five personality traits mindset, (2) conducting exploratory k-prototype analysis to classify adopters based demographics, AI-related attitudes, usage patterns. A sample N = 1,007 individuals (60% female; M 30.92; SD 8.63 years) was collected. Psychometric data were obtained using validated scales TAM constructs, traits, mindset. Regression used validate TAM, clustering algorithm applied participants into adopter categories. The psychometric confirmed validity TAM. Perceived usefulness strongest predictor attitudes towards (β 0.34, p < 0.001), followed mindset scale growth 0.28, 0.001). Additionally, openness positively associated with perceived ease use 0.15, revealed four distinct clusters, consistent diffusion innovations model: early (n 218), majority 331), late 293), laggards 165). findings highlight importance shaping toward adoption. results provide nuanced understanding types, aligning established innovation theories. Drought is one of the most significant and complex climate risks, with profound effects on reducing agricultural production exacerbating poverty food insecurity worldwide in absence effective mitigation measures. The study population consisted all rural households Kerman Province (southeastern Iran). In order accurately select studied samples, calculation severity was done based Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI). research, an extended version Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), incorporating new variables including trust, self-efficacy, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived risk, resistance use, performance expectancy, utilized as theoretical framework. Data analysis conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). results revealed farmers under conditions were categorized into five classes: Social activities (SA), Physical infrastructure management (PIM), Financial (FIM), Farm (FM), Irrigation water (IWM), Crop (CM). Furthermore, SEM indicated hypothesized relationships context significant, explained 58% variance adaptive behaviors.
